1 · Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Puzzle Farming: Harvest Loop ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and KomKat Studio ("we", "us", "our").

2 · License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by applicable law.

3 · Apple EULA

The App is made available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs with respect to your relationship with Apple.

4 · In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple:

• Full Game Unlock — a one-time purchase that removes the free-level limit for endless runs.
• Extra Hearts — a consumable purchase that refills hearts after game over.

All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Prices may change without notice. Restore purchases is available through the App for non-consumable items.

5 · Game Center

Optional Game Center features, including leaderboards, are provided by Apple. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms. We are not responsible for Game Center availability or Apple's handling of your data.

6 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the App's operation or other players' experience.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

7 · Intellectual property

The App, including all characters (including Pip), artwork, voxel designs, command-block visuals, music, sound effects, code, and trademarks, is owned by KomKat Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

8 · Educational disclaimer

Harvest Loop teaches programming concepts through play. It is designed as educational entertainment for families and is not a formal coding curriculum, certification program, or substitute for structured computer-science education. We make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes.

9 · Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10 · Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KOMKAT STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
