1 · Who is responsible

KomKat Studio is the data controller for the limited data described here. Contact: komkat.studio@gmail.com.

2 · What stays on your device

Everything you create while playing — saved runs, level progress within a run, sound and music preferences, tutorial completion state, and high-score records stored locally — is written to your device's local storage. This data is not uploaded to any Harvest Loop server, because we do not operate a server for user game content.

3 · No account required

Harvest Loop does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address to play. We do not collect contact information through the game unless you voluntarily email us for support.

4 · In-app purchases

Optional purchases (full game unlock and consumable hearts) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat solely to validate purchase receipts and unlock content you have bought. We never receive your payment card, billing address, or full Apple account details — only the receipt token needed to confirm your purchase and let you restore it on a new device.

• full_game — one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks endless runs past the free level limit.
• lives_3 — consumable purchase that refills hearts after game over.

5 · Game Center

If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your high scores may be submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboard (me.komkatstudio.harvestloopgame.highscore). Game Center is optional and managed entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We do not control Apple's handling of your Game Center profile.

6 · What we collect

To keep the game working and improve it, we may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostics that are not linked to your identity:

• Crash and error reports — device model, iOS version, app version, and technical stack traces.
• Gameplay event counters — for example "a level was completed" or "a block was added", as counts only. Never personal information or free-text input.
• Purchase validation tokens — receipt data from Apple needed to confirm purchases.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not attempt to re-identify anonymous data. There is no free-text input in core gameplay.

7 · Children and families

Harvest Loop is designed as a family-friendly puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game contains no behavioral advertising, no third-party ad networks, and no social features that expose personal data. Parents can contact us at komkat.studio@gmail.com with any questions.

8 · Service providers

We use a small number of processors strictly for the purposes above:

• Apple — app distribution, in-app purchases, and Game Center.
• RevenueCat — purchase receipt validation and entitlement management.
• Analytics / crash reporting providers — anonymous diagnostics only, if enabled.

9 · Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its storage. Anonymous analytics data is retained only as long as needed for product improvement. To remove local data, delete Harvest Loop from your device. To request deletion of any data we may hold, email komkat.studio@gmail.com.

10 · Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Because we collect minimal data and no account is required, most requests can be fulfilled by deleting the app. Contact us at komkat.studio@gmail.com for any privacy-related request.

11 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
